Refund & return policy

At BuyBuddy Store, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 4 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Certain items, such as personalized, perishable, or final-sale products, may not be eligible for return.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within a reasonable processing period.
